Complete Brand Identity Kit for SaaS

We need a designer to create a complete brand identity and kit for a tech SaaS platform. The work includes developing a cohesive visual system, refining the brand direction, and delivering assets that support consistent branding across digital and marketing materials. The ideal freelancer should be able to translate the platform’s vision into a polished, professional identity that aligns with its target audience and business goals.

I expect the brand guideline designer to develop a complete, cohesive and practical brand identity system that can be consistently applied across all future marketing and communication materials. The scope should include:

Logo System: Development of horizontal, vertical and favicon versions, including clear guidance on logo usage, spacing, sizing and incorrect applications.

Colour System: A defined primary and secondary colour palette, including HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone references where appropriate.

Typography: A clear typography system covering primary and secondary fonts, font hierarchy, recommended usage and provision of relevant font files/licensing information.

Imagery Style: Guidance on photography and imagery style, including examples of suitable images and sample licensed imagery where agreed.

Custom Illustrations & Graphics: Development of supporting illustration styles, icons, patterns or graphic elements that strengthen the overall brand identity.

Brand Mock-ups: Realistic examples showing how the brand will appear across applications such as T-shirts, website banners, business cards, posters and other relevant materials.

Tone of Voice: Clear guidance on how the brand should communicate, including personality, writing style, key messaging principles and examples of appropriate language.

Brand Usage Guidelines: Clear examples of correct and incorrect use of the logo, colours, typography, imagery and other visual elements.

Asset Templates: Editable templates for the agreed brand assets and communication materials, as outlined within the add-on deliverables.

Final Brand Guidelines: A professionally designed brand guideline document that brings all visual and verbal elements together and can be easily followed by internal teams, designers, agencies and external partners.

Final Files: Delivery of all agreed editable/source files, logo exports, graphics, templates and supporting brand assets in appropriate formats for both digital and print use.
