About the Role

Our client is seeking a diligent and customer-oriented Client Support Specialist to join their team in Klerksdorp . This role is fundamental to maintaining excellent client relationships by providing responsive and effective support. You will be the first point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. Assist clients with product usage, service information, and account-related queries. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary to appropriate departments. Maintain accurate client records and interaction logs in the CRM system. Proactively identify client needs and offer solutions or additional services. Gather client feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives. Requirements Previous experience in a customer support or client-facing role is essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM software. A customer-centric attitude with a passion for problem-solving. Must be based in or able to commute to Klerksdorp daily.
