About the Role

Our client is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator for their office in Paarl . You will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent support to our valued clients. This position requires strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to client management. You will work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate client needs and ensure satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Coordinate client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution. Maintain and update client records and databases accurately. Assist clients with inquiries regarding services, appointments, and account management. Liaise with internal departments to facilitate client requests and resolve issues. Prepare reports and documentation related to client interactions and services. Requirements Proven experience in a client support , administrative, or coordination role. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
