Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring timely follow-up on requests and issues. This role involves understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions, and tracking progress against agreed outcomes. The Client Relationship Manager will schedule and lead regular check-ins, prepare status updates, and document key interactions and feedback to improve service quality. The role also includes identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention, supporting process improvements, and contributing to overall client experience initiatives.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><p><br></p><ul><li>Strong client service and relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and respond promptly to client needs.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with clear, professional written and verbal abilities and experience presenting information to clients or stakeholders.</li><li>Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple client accounts, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.</li><li>Problem-solving and analytical skills to understand client challenges, recommend practical solutions, and use data or feedback to drive improvements.</li><li>Comfort with remote collaboration tools and basic technical proficiency (e.g., CRM systems, video conferencing platforms, shared documents).</li><li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Previous experience in customer success, account management, client services, or a related field is preferred.</li><li>Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related discipline is beneficial but not required; equivalent experience is considered.</li></ul>
