Cleaning Operative (part time)

Part Time Cleaning Operative, Station Road, Clacton-On-Sea.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 5:30pm to 7pm. £12.85 per hour, monthly pay.

Training, uniform, and equipment provided. Working alongside a colleague in a team of two.

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative (part-time) to join our team attending an office environment twice per week. Duties

  • Perform cleaning tasks across various commercial premises, including offices and communal areas.
  • Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Ensure restrooms, kitchens, and other shared facilities are hygienic and well-stocked.
  • Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure bins are emptied regularly.
  • Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries.
  • Maintain a tidy and organised work environment to facilitate efficient cleaning routines.
Experience
  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous.
  • Attention to detail and a thorough approach to work are crucial for success in this role.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while adhering to company standards.
  • Good organisational skills and reliability are important qualities for candidates applying for this position.
