Charter Sales Executive – Private Aviation & High-Ticket Sales | Remote

Position Type: Full-Time, Remote
Working Hours: EST + Rotating On-Call Coverage

About the Role

At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Charter Sales Executive to manage inbound private aviation inquiries, build relationships with high-net-worth clients, and convert opportunities into high-value charter bookings.

This is a relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role — not transactional or high-volume cold sales. You’ll own the client journey from initial inquiry through booking and post-flight follow-up while delivering a polished, white-glove experience.

What You’ll OwnPrivate Jet Charter Sales
  • Manage and respond quickly to inbound charter inquiries
  • Convert qualified opportunities into closed bookings
  • Understand client travel requirements and recommend tailored flight solutions
  • Guide clients through aircraft selection, pricing, and booking
  • Maximize revenue while maintaining premium service standards
  • Follow up consistently to move opportunities toward close
High-Net-Worth Client Relationships
  • Build trusted relationships with high-value and repeat clients
  • Deliver personalized, white-glove communication
  • Manage the experience from inquiry → booking → flight → follow-up
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively address questions or concerns
  • Drive repeat business through exceptional service
Charter Coordination
  • Present suitable aircraft and flight options based on client requirements
  • Communicate pricing, logistics, and booking details clearly
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Provide timely updates throughout the booking and travel process
CRM & Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Track opportunities, bookings, follow-ups, and client interactions
  • Maintain clear pipeline visibility and organized client records
  • Ensure no high-value opportunity falls through the cracks
On-Call Client Support
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule
  • Respond professionally to time-sensitive charter requests
  • Remain calm and solutions-focused when plans change quickly
  • Help maintain reliable client coverage outside standard hours when scheduled
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, high-ticket sales, or relationship-driven client-facing roles
  • Strong closing and relationship-building ability
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication
  • Professional, polished communication style suitable for high-net-worth clients
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • CRM experience, including Salesforce or similar platforms
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Comfortable working EST hours and participating in rotating on-call coverage
Nice to Have
  • Private aviation or charter sales experience
  • Luxury travel, hospitality, concierge, or premium-service sales background
  • Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms
  • Understanding of private jet models, cabin configurations, and aircraft capabilities
  • Knowledge of Part 135 operations
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions
