Key Responsibilities Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation tasks, including washing, chopping, and basic cooking. Set up catering areas, arranging food displays, equipment, and decor according to event plans. Serve food and beverages to guests during events in a professional and courteous manner. Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas. Replenish food and beverage stations as needed throughout events. Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or catering environment is advantageous, but not essential. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items. Reliability and punctuality are crucial for event service. Understanding of basic food hygiene principles is beneficial.
