We are looking for tech-savvy, retail-driven individuals with strong communication skills to join our Integrated Retail team as Casual Sales Consultants. This is a part time 108 hours per month role, perfect for someone that is studying part time.

At Core Group, we're expanding our Apple Retail division and are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants in our vibrant concession store, based in the Mall of Africa.

Position Overview

As a Store-in-Store Consultant , you'll be the face of our brand, providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest Apple technology and services. Your proactive approach to customer engagement will drive sales and ensure unforgettable customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Matric (Grade 12) Minimum requirement
  • 1+ years of customer-facing retail experience (electronics preferred)
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous
  • Proficiency in POS systems, Syspro, and iOS is beneficial
  • Strong understanding of retail operations and stock management principles
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
  • Good knowledge of public transport routes within the Northern Suburbs

Working Hours

  • Scheduled shifts (approximately 108 hours per month)
  • Retail hours, including weekends and public holidays , according to shift

Additional Information

  • This position is based in the Mall of Africa in Midrand
  • Reliable transport or a solid understanding of public transport routes is essential
