We are looking for a Product marketing manager that can provide a fresh, creative approach to helping customers understand all that Amazon has to offer. Experience in product marketing or management is highly desired. Our environment is fast-paced and requires someone who is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple teams, partners, and management. This position offers an exciting introduction to marketing at one of the leading global technology companies.

Key job responsibilities
You will be responsible for innovating, developing and executing product marketing initiatives, analyzing metrics and providing actionable insight into performance, as well as making recommendations on product and country marketing plans for Amazon Prime. In addition, you will be collaborating with product teams and partner teams WW to launch new features and products for our customers. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator, great at meeting multiple deadlines, and comfortable with a varied set of software tools. In nutshell,

1. Develop and deliver end-to-end integrated go-to-market & communications plans for product launches.
2. Work cross-functionally with local, regional and global teams
3. Work directly with product, tech and design teams to refine product requirements, problem solve and make tradeoffs throughout the product development process
4. Create and publish actionable insights into top customer needs and issues based on analysis of customer feedback and data
5. Ensure implementation is aligned with program goals and requirements; make necessary adjustments.

A day in the life
You'll be responsible for having a strong backlog of improvement ideas of our customer experience, experimenting and reporting on new ideas and keeping an eye on business and performance metrics to ensure our experience delights our customers. As the expert in our onsite experience, you'll be consulting country Marketing leaders, business leaders .and product managers how to launch new features/GTM/program initiatiatives but will also be responsible for the implementation.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of analytics tools and web traffic reporting
  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
  • Experience in e-commerce/Hi-tech/Retail industry or management consulting with focus on one of these industries
  • Experience in product marketing, program management, or business development
