Our Apple TV+ division is seeking a Business Affairs Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Business Affairs executives. We are looking for a collaborative, well-organized, detail-oriented team member who can effectively multi-task, take initiative, and manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to multiple Business Affairs executives within Apple TV+.
  • Interact with administration roles across Apple TV+ and team members in the US; maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with absolute discretion.
  • Craft and maintain informational charts; review, proofread, and summarize documents including complex production and talent contracts; draft correspondence and presentations.
  • Draft meeting agendas and take accurate notes as required.
  • Manage key Apple databases and systems; create and manage bespoke databases and records within the EMEA team.
  • Provide full administrative support including managing cross-functional calendars, organizing videoconference and in-person meetings, and booking executive travel; manage expense reports and filing of hard and soft copies.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience as an assistant in a TV/SVOD Business Affairs department, talent agency, or entertainment firm.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication (written and verbal) skills; able to work with a range of personalities and styles.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive materials with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity; proactive and flexible with shifting priorities.
  • Computer literacy including Apple hardware and software.
  • Passion for the TV / media industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in contract review and comprehension in TV/SVOD production and talent contracts. Direct contract negotiation experience is a bonus.
