The Bookkeeper & Office Coordinator will manage the core bookkeeping functions across multiple group entities while maintaining general office organization. This position requires an accounts-driven professional capable of handling full-reconciliation tasks, debtors, stock reporting, and smooth day-to-day office coordination. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly bank reconciliations across 14 group accounts, focusing on primary trading entities. Screen, reconcile, and ensure correct ledger allocation for all outgoing payments. Process and reconcile monthly credit card statements across three group accounts. Oversee the accounts receivable function and maintain clear debtor records. Coordinate small purchasing and export resale administration for a primary entity. Compile and maintain customer stock tracking reports. Prepare detailed management reports using advanced Excel functions. Handle accounting system maintenance and general office coordination tasks as required. Requirements Proven experience in a dual Bookkeeping and Financial Administration role. Strong background in multi-company bank reconciliations and payment processing. High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, data manipulation, and reporting). Practical exposure to debtors management, stock reporting, or basic export procedures. Relevant tertiary qualification in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Business Administration is preferred. Attributes Exceptional organizational skills with a strong eye for detail. Proactive approach to daily tasks and office coordination. Reliable, methodical, and able to prioritize across multiple entities. Clear communication skills and a professional team-oriented mindset.
