As a vital member of the front-of-house team, you will bring the coffee station to life with your skills. Job Description

  • Calibrate the coffee grinder and espresso machine daily to ensure a perfect brew.
  • Pour beautiful, high-quality latte art and texturise milk to a smooth micro-foam.
  • Keep the coffee station completely clean, neat, and organized during busy morning rushes.
  • Welcome every guest warmly and help them choose their perfect drink from the menu.
  • Use specialised in-store sealing equipment to package innovative canned iced drinks.
  • Check stock levels of coffee beans, fresh milk, and alternative dairy products daily.
  • Process customer payments quickly and accurately on the point-of-sale system.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to serve coffee and fresh food together smoothly.

What You Need to Apply

  • At least two years of experience making coffee in a busy, high-quality cafe environment.
  • Good milk texturing skills and the ability to pour basic free-hand latte art patterns.
  • Experience with or a strong willingness to learn new iced drink and matcha recipes.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with a real passion for delivering great customer service.
  • Reliable energy and a positive attitude toward working with a young, fast-moving team.
  • The ability to follow simple physical checklists to keep your workstation running smoothly.
