You will be responsible for driving service department profitability, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow and high productivity. Manage and motivate a team of service advisors and automotive technicians, fostering a positive and efficient work environment. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and building long-term relationships. Develop and implement strategies to increase service revenue and profitability while controlling costs. Monitor repair orders, manage parts inventory, and maintain relationships with suppliers. Ensure all work is performed to high-quality standards and meets manufacturer guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager. Strong knowledge of automotive systems, repair processes, and diagnostic technologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, control expenses, and drive sales growth. Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and relevant software.
