AU Appointment Setter (Onsite)

This role is a great fit for someone who excels at organization, communication, and follow-through. You'll play a key role in supporting our business development efforts by managing client data, coordinating outreach, and scheduling high-level meetings. Your work will directly contribute to building strong relationships and driving the firm’s growth.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Database Management: Maintain and update accurate records of contacts, interactions, appointment details, and other relevant information using a CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).

  • Lead Generation: Build and manage contact lists and prospective client databases for review by firm leadership.

  • Email Communications: Draft professional email outreach to introduce the firm and its services, aiming to secure sales meetings for the Director team.

  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and manage appointment calendars for multiple senior team members using the CRM.

  • Follow-Up Coordination: Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients to confirm meetings and send timely reminders.

  • Service Familiarity: Develop a strong understanding of the firm's offerings to effectively respond to inquiries from potential clients.

Requirements: 
 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a sales support role, with a proven track record of administrative excellence

  • Experience in calendar and appointment management.

  • Excellent communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English (both verbal and written).

  • Proven ability to manage multiple schedules and meet tight deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Previous experience supporting senior professionals or executives in a professional services environment is an advantage.

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM platforms.

Location: Global One Building, Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City
Schedule: AU (7:00 AM to 3:00 PM MNL)
Work Arrangement: Onsite (Hybrid arrangement will be reviewed and discussed after the probationary period)
