Associate Producer (Mobile Games)
We’re looking for an Associate Producer to drive day-to-day execution for a remote, cross-functional team building a mobile game. This role sits at the center of engineering, design, art, QA, and Live Ops.
You will own sprint cadence, maintain production hygiene, and ensure updates ship on time with high quality. This is not a passive coordination role. You are responsible for keeping momentum high, surfacing risks early, and making sure work does not stall between disciplines.
If you are highly organized, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and motivated by shipping consistently in a fast-moving environment, this role is a strong fit.

- You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
- Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
- Observance of Holidays per company guidelines
- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you’re most productive
- High ownership role embedded directly with product, engineering, and creative teams
- Work on a globally licensed football gaming platform with real player impact
- Must be fully available in Central European Time
- Ability to maintain overlap with Pacific Time for cross-team collaboration
