What You’ll Do
  • Collect and record revenue through various channels including cashiering and electronic payments
  • Manage debts and monitor revenue streams, providing regular reports
  • Oversee expenditure management related to employee compensation, goods and services, and transfers
  • Supervise and lead employees to ensure effective financial accounting services
  • Develop and implement work systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Conduct performance management, including training and development of team members
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices
What You’ll Need
  • A degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Financial Management (NQF level 7)
  • At least 3 years of relevant supervisory experience in Financial Accounting
  • Strong knowledge of the legal framework, including the PFMA and Treasury Regulations
  • Proficiency in computer literacy with good communication and management skills
  • Attributes such as good interpersonal relations, assertiveness, and integrity
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills
