To provide functional and technical support for HR Information Systems, ensuring smooth operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous improvement of HR technology platforms.KEY WORK OUTPUT AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

DISRUPTIVE INNOVATION

IT Support

  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge for Workday and Payspace application and provide application support and resolution of Tickets assigned by the HR Users
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Workday (Recruitment, Core HCM, Compensation, Talent Optimization)
  • Provide support for all HR Information Systems
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features and releases
  • Manage and triage support tickets, escalating as needed
  • Participate in testing and validation of new features and releases
  • Support data integrity, audits, and compliance reporting
  • Assist in user training and documentation ensuring all training material is created aligned with internal policies.
  • Provide training to all end users on existing and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to optimize system usage
  • Support integrations across HR Information systems
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify improvement areas
  • Provide support to Super users and end users in line with system objectives
  • Communicate status/progress and issues to business management, end-users
  • Provide guidance and education to end users during implementation phase of new systems and or/packages/modules
  • Assist and advise users of system and or procedure changes
  • Assist end users remotely and on site when new Applications/Modules or changes are implemented
  • Provide remote and on-site support and training as requested via Sigma logs
  • Prepare activities for “go-live” and new technology solutions implemented
  • Liaise with end users, vendors and technical staff when problems arise and provide user guidance and support during system changes
  • Conduct quality peer reviews on material developed
  • Maintain System Change andamp; Documentation Repository

EDUCATION

Essential

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
WORK EXPERIENCE

Essential

  • 2–4 years of experience in HRIS or application support
  • Working experience on the Workday Platform
KNOWLEDGE
  • Familiarity with HR processes (recruitment, compensation, payroll)
  • Experience with ticketing systems
  • Knowledge of reporting tools (e.g., Workday Report Writer, Excel, Power BI)
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance standards
