Schedule: Australian Business Hours and possible EU time for meetings

Holidays: Australian Holidays App Store & Digital Marketing Specialist Boomering is looking for an experienced, results-driven, and highly organised App Store & Digital Marketing Specialist to support a growing international client. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in mobile app marketing, performance marketing, and user acquisition who is excited to take ownership of the entire digital marketing ecosystem for mobile applications. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage app store presence, optimise user acquisition campaigns, oversee social media and affiliate marketing initiatives, and deliver measurable business growth.

You will play a key role in growing mobile applications through strategic digital marketing initiatives across multiple acquisition channels. Success in this role requires a combination of technical expertise, commercial awareness, creativity, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage campaigns from strategy through execution while working independently in a remote environment. Your Responsibilities

App Store Management

  • Manage Apple App Store and Google Play Store listings from initial setup through ongoing optimisation.
  • Configure developer console environments, technical settings, localisation, and in-app purchase integrations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure app store configurations align with active marketing campaigns.
  • Execute App Store Optimisation (ASO), including keyword research, metadata optimisation, A/B testing, creative asset improvements, and conversion optimisation.
  • Monitor ratings, reviews, and store performance to improve organic visibility and app downloads.

Paid User

Acquisition

  • Plan, launch, optimise, and scale Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Manage advertising budgets while achieving agreed CPA and ROI targets.
  • Analyse campaign performance and implement ongoing optimisation strategies.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.

Social Media

Marketing

  • Establish and manage social media platforms supporting mobile app promotion.
  • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets and optimise performance based on measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate content initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and user engagement.

Affiliate

Marketing

  • Develop and manage affiliate marketing campaigns across relevant affiliate networks.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and optimise campaigns to maximise acquisition results.
  • Utilise affiliate management platforms to improve campaign efficiency.

Programmatic

Advertising

  • Support planning and execution of programmatic advertising campaigns.
  • Contribute to broader user acquisition strategies through programmatic initiatives.
  • Collaborate across marketing channels to maximise campaign effectiveness.

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Provide regular reporting on campaign performance against agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and development teams.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements - Essential

  • Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • Proven experience managing Apple App Store and Google Play Store listings.
  • Strong understanding of App Store Optimisation (ASO).
  • Experience running Apple Search Ads (ASA) and Google Universal App Campaigns (UAC).
  • Experience managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate marketing platforms and affiliate partner management.
  • Working knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Preferred
  • Experience working with mobile app marketing and user acquisition campaigns.
  • Experience working with global clients or international marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics and reporting tools.
