We are looking for an experienced, data-driven, and ambitious Amazon PPC Specialist to join our growing global team. In this role, you will take full ownership of high-budget Amazon ad portfolios, architecting sophisticated paid media strategies that accelerate growth, increase profitability, and deliver measurable ROI for our international client base.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES-
  • Advanced Amazon Advertising Strategy: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive Amazon PPC strategies. You will architect complex campaign structures tailored to product seasonality, market trends, and aggressive competitor landscapes to exceed client KPIs.

  • High-Level Performance Analysis: Utilize advanced analytics to interpret ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, and conversion metrics at a granular level. Translate raw data into strategic insights and performance pivots that drive long-term account growth and high client retention.

  • Expert Bid & Budget Management: Oversee large-scale ad budgets with precision. Implement sophisticated bidding strategies and automated rules to maximize efficiency and account profitability

  • Strategic Content & Creative Leadership: Partner with creative teams to optimize ad copy, listing images, and video assets for high-performance Amazon ad formats. Ensure creative assets align seamlessly with the broader PPC strategy to drive engagement and conversion.

  • Client Relationship & Retention Ownership: You will manage expectations, lead high-stakes quarterly strategy meetings, and build deep trust through consistent delivery of results and authoritative communication.

  • Market Insight & Competitor Auditing: Perform deep-dive competitor audits, market landscape analyses, and advanced keyword research to uncover whitespace opportunities for clients to scale their Amazon presence.

  • Active Client Communication: Maintain high levels of responsiveness by managing client communications on Slack and participating in client meetings as required to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR-
  • 3+ years of experience managing and scaling Amazon PPC accounts and ad budgets in a fast-paced agency environment.

  • Deep hands-on proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console, Campaign Manager, and advanced performance reporting via Excel/Google Sheets

  • Hands-on experience with industry-standard Amazon software tools such as Helium 10, DataDive, ScaleInsights, or similar automation platforms.

  • Extensive experience in conducting keyword research, tracking share of voice (SOV), and actively auditing competitor ad strategies (creatives, ad copy, targeted keywords).

  • Comfortable working remotely within a global team, managing priorities independently while keeping clients fully aligned and satisfied.
