Amazon Marketplace & Digital Store Manager

Job Title

Amazon Marketplace & Digital Store Manager

Company

O&K MUBY (OMC Medical Limited) — a UK-based health & wellness brand headquartered in Horsham, West Sussex, selling a range of wearable electric breast pumps (MUBY PRO, MUBY THERMO, MUBY FLOW) under the tagline “Thriving Together. Naturally.” O&K MUBY is Amazon Brand Registry enrolled and is in an active UK go-to-market phase across Amazon, D2C (Shopify) and retail.

Location & Type

  • Remote — based in India
  • Full-time
  • Working hours: sufficient overlap with UK business hours required (to be confirmed at offer stage)
Experience Level 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts on the brand or agency side (this is not corporate Amazon employment experience — we're looking for someone who has run a brand's storefront, not worked inside Amazon itself).

Role Summary

You will own the day-to-day management of O&K MUBY's Amazon presence — account health, content, customer experience, and reviews — working closely with the founder/marketing lead as the brand scales Amazon UK sales and expands into new marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimise the Amazon Seller Central account: listing accuracy, catalogue compliance, inventory/FBA coordination, and account health metrics (ODR, IPI, policy flags)
  • Build, brief, upload and iterate A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content and Brand Store pages across all three product lines
  • Own buyer-seller messaging and customer support: respond to queries, resolve order issues, manage returns and A-to-Z claims within SLA
  • Manage reviews and ratings: monitor and respond to reviews and Q&A, coordinate Vine enrolments and review-generation activity, flag and escalate policy violations
  • Support Sponsored Products / PPC execution and reporting alongside the marketing lead
  • Track competitor listings, pricing, and category trends; report actionable findings
  • Maintain listing compliance with local regulations/consumer electronics requirements as briefed (no medical device claims)
  • As the brand adds channels, extend account management to additional marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Walmart, Flipkart) as needed
  • Nice to have: support organic social media content scheduling and community engagement for brand channels (not a core requirement)
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central management for a brand or on behalf of clients
  • A demonstrable portfolio of A+ Content / Enhanced Brand Content you have built or directly briefed
  • Experience handling buyer messaging, customer support, and Amazon's returns/claims process
  • Experience with review management and/or Vine or similar review-generation programmes
  • Excellent written English and attention to detail — this is a UK-facing brand voice
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-moving startup environment
  • Nice to have: familiarity with social media scheduling/community management tools
  • Nice to have: experience with additional marketplaces beyond Amazon
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary, benchmarked to market for the role and experience level
  • Fully remote position
  • Direct ownership of a growing UK brand's Amazon presence during an active launch
  • Clear growth path into a senior ecommerce/marketplace role as the brand expands into UK retail (Boots, Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Superdrug in active pipeline)
