We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Amazon Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international brand clients, taking full ownership of their Amazon store operations, strategies, and growth.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING-
  • Serve as the main strategic partner for your assigned clients, maintaining clear communication, understanding their business goals, and building long-term trust.

  • Oversee day-to-day Amazon storefront management and campaign execution, coordinating closely with internal teams to hit targets.

  • Work seamlessly with our Design & Content Creation teams to ensure product listings, store designs, and creative assets align with the client’s brand vision and Amazon best practices.

  • Track key Amazon performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare actionable reports with strategic recommendations for clients.

  • Identify account issues, optimize performance, and deliver swift solutions to ensure client satisfaction and continuous business growth.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR-
  • 2-3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager specifically managing Amazon stores / Amazon Seller & Vendor accounts.

  • High proficiency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to write clear, concise, professional, and targeted communications.

  • Deep understanding of Amazon metrics, algorithms, store optimization, and digital marketing strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, exceptional organization, time management, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

  • Ability to analyze campaign and sales data, quick to learn new e-commerce tools and processes.
