About the Role Our client, a major airport authority, is seeking a highly organized and decisive Airport Duty Manager to oversee all airport operations during their assigned shift in **Pretoria**. Key Responsibilities Assume overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the airport during the assigned shift. Monitor and manage all ground operations, including airside activities, terminal management, and passenger flow. Act as the central point of coordination for all airport stakeholders, including airlines, ground handlers, security, and emergency services. Respond to and manage incidents, emergencies, and disruptions, implementing contingency plans as needed. Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, security protocols, and safety standards. Oversee the performance of operational teams, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular inspections of airport facilities to identify and address any operational or safety concerns.
