We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing them with information and guidance on their travel plans
  • Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Process ticket reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and ensure compliance with airline and airport regulations
  • Assist with baggage handling and ensure proper tagging and handling of luggage
  • Coordinate with other airport departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all safety protocols
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with special needs passengers and provide them with necessary assistance
  • Stay updated on airline policies, procedures, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to passengers Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in the aviation industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
