Overview

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Airport Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong desire to work in the fast-paced and dynamic environment of an airport. Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about airport services, flight schedules, and other travel-related questions
  • Process ticket sales, reservations, and other transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Assist customers with check-in, boarding, and other procedures
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Collaborate with other airport staff to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures and regulations
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service and contribute to the overall success of the company Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Knowledge of airport procedures and regulations is a plus
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
