About the Role

Our client, an established airline operating from Mahikeng , is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Aircraft Cabin Crew Members to join their vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers during flights. Your duties will include conducting pre-flight safety checks, serving refreshments, assisting passengers, and responding to emergencies with professionalism and efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for service, a commitment to safety, and a desire to travel and represent a reputable airline.

Key Responsibilities Perform safety demonstrations and ensure compliance with all cabin safety regulations before, during, and after flight. Provide excellent customer service, attending to passenger needs and ensuring a comfortable travel experience. Serve food and beverages, and handle sales transactions efficiently. Respond calmly and effectively to all in-flight emergencies and medical situations. Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the cabin throughout the flight. Collaborate effectively with fellow cabin crew members and the flight deck crew. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; further education or relevant service experience is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and ideally other languages. Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to remain calm, composed, and decisive in stressful situations. Physical fitness to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods.
