Affiliate Operations Manager Igaming Regulated Gurugram

Role & responsibilities We run the technology and operations for two licensed European betting and casino brands. Our affiliate programme is already live with an established set of partners this role is not business development, and there is no prospecting. The work is running the partners we already have, accurately. Own the day-to-day relationship with an existing portfolio of affiliate partners Audit the tracking chain end to end — click tracking, S2S postbacks, attribution — and chase partners whose integrations break Reconcile partner reporting against our own numbers; investigate and close discrepancies Validate partner invoices and make sure payments go out on time Renegotiate commercial terms (CPA, revenue share, hybrid) when the numbers justify it Identify low-quality traffic and fraud before it reaches finance Produce clean, reliable reporting that management can act on Preferred candidate profile 3–6 years in affiliate operations, ad operations, or marketing operations Hands-on with at least one affiliate platform — Income Access, Affilka, MyAffiliates, Cellxpert, Post Affiliate Pro, Smartico or equivalent You can explain, without looking it up, why a partner's click count and ours disagree Comfortable with attribution discrepancies between platforms, and able to say which number to trust and why Solid with reconciliation, spreadsheets and numbers. This role is measured on accuracy, not volume Fluent written English — you will work directly with a European team Positive to know: our brands are licensed and regulated by the Belgian Gaming Commission and serve the Belgian market only. Belgian rules on gambling promotion are among the strictest in Europe — no targeted advertising, no influencer marketing, no personalised campaigns. If you enjoy working inside tight constraints and getting the mechanics exactly right, you will like this role. If your strength is scaling networks and chasing volume, this is not the right fit.
