Administrator – Toilet Hire

About the Role

  • We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrator to manage our toilet hire services. This role focuses on coordinating logistics, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory for portable sanitation solutions. You will play a key part in supporting the overall operations and service delivery within the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings and coordinate the delivery and collection of portable toilets to various locations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, monitoring usage and stock levels to ensure availability.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any inquiries or issues related to toilet hire services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and contractors to arrange timely maintenance and servicing of units as required.
  • Prepare and process invoices and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including regular inspections of toilets and equipment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures to enhance service efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support for the management team as needed, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within the logistics or facilities management industry.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, and experience with inventory management software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sanitation or event management services would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards relating to portable sanitation.
  • A relevant qualification in business administration or logistics management is a plus.
