Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Administrative Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations within our office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organization and a desire to grow in an administrative role. Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence. Assist in managing office supplies and ordering when necessary. Maintain filing systems and organize documents. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with data entry and basic accounting tasks. Perform general office duties as required. Qualifications:

A maximum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or office support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively. A proactive, reliable, and friendly attitude.
