Administrative Assistant – Onboarding and Training

Location: Remote — Philippines (collaborating daily with the U.S. team)

Employment Type: Full-time


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant – Onboarding and Training to provide back-office administrative support to our Operations and Training team. You'll work behind the scenes in our HRIS and training systems to keep onboarding and training running smoothly for our U.S.-based operations. You'll play a key role in keeping training records accurate, organized, and easy for the team to act on.

Key Responsibilities

  • HRIS Administration: Work within UKG (our HRIS) to sort new hires and assign them to the correct training location.
  • Training Records Management: Compile, organize, and maintain training records, with all documentation housed in ISIMS.
  • Onboarding & Training Support: Support the Operations and Training team with day-to-day onboarding administration, including form completions and related back-office documentation.
  • Training Materials: Help create and organize training materials for onboarding and ongoing training programs.
  • Back-Office Support: Handle all responsibilities as administrative, back-office support — this role does not involve direct trainee-facing or client-facing work.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience supporting a U.S.-based client or team is required.
  • Experience with any HRIS platform (hands-on experience with UKG is a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail, especially when sorting and compiling records.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, appealing attitude and a reliable, can-do approach to admin work.
  • Comfortable creating and organizing training materials and documentation.


Work Setup & Collaboration: This is a full-time remote role based in the Philippines, working daily alongside a U.S.-based operations and training team. Reliable internet and a dedicated home workspace are expected.
