This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and dependable individual to join a supportive team and provide effective administrative assistance while working fully remotely.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support across the business
  • Manage emails, telephone calls and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
  • Prepare documents, reports and spreadsheets
  • Coordinate meetings, diaries and appointments
  • Complete data-entry and document-management tasks
  • Assist with processing forms, requests and internal paperwork
  • Liaise professionally with colleagues, customers and external contacts
  • Support the smooth running of daily business operations
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Professional, reliable and willing to learn
  • Comfortable working independently from home
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-working environment
