This role is designed for a detail-oriented individual who excels in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and possesses the technical knowledge to manage complex investment administration.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Investment Administration & Support</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Collate all necessary documentation relating to investment instructions, payments, and client accounting.</p> </li> <li> <p>Capture and prepare administrative data on internal systems with absolute accuracy.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure all investment and payment instructions are compliant with FAIS and FICA regulations.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the collation and distribution of monthly and quarterly client reporting and statements.</p> <div> </div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Client Liaison & Relationship Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth clients, resolving queries directly and professionally.</p> </li> <li> <p>Handle follow-up correspondence with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party providers.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide client-centric support to build and maintain strong service relationships.</p> <div> </div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Office & Records Management</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems for advisory records and client correspondence.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage the Client Management System and general secretarial duties, including calendar coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial information.</p> <div> </div> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Requirements</strong></p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> <strong>Education:</strong> Matric and an Administrative Diploma.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Experience:</strong> 3–5 years of experience as a Broker’s Assistant or Secretary. (NB!!)</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> Proven experience dealing specifically with investment administration instructions and follow-ups.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Systems:</strong> Key knowledge of <strong>Glacier, Ninety One, and Allan Gray</strong> systems is essential.</p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p> <strong>Software:</strong> Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint).</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Typing:</strong> Minimum speed of 50+ wpm. </p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Investment Knowledge:</strong> Solid understanding of products such as UTs, TFSA, offshore wrappers, and ETFs.</p> </li> <li> <p> <strong>Logistics:</strong> Must have own transport.
