What You’ll Do
  • Perform administrative functions relevant to the core operations of the police unit.
  • Ensure effective control over emails and physical files.
  • Maintain accurate record-keeping of all administrative activities.
  • Compile minutes for meetings and assist in documentation.
  • Create and monitor databases that relate to the unit’s core functions.
What You’ll Need
  • A minimum of a Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Competency in general computer skills, including MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to extended hours when necessary.
