What You’ll Do
  • Render administrative support functions within the Detective Service.
  • Capture and manage information on the SAPS Crime Administration Systems.
  • Create and type emails and documents for the Detective Section.
  • Organise and file dockets effectively to maintain order and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and communication.
What You’ll Need
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
  • Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
  • Competency in general computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A commitment to professionalism, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Willingness to work under pressure and during extended hours.
