Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our team. This role involves a blend of customer relationship management, technical support, sales, and analytical responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting face-to-face client visits, delivering product installations and training, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across all assigned accounts.

  • Client Engagement & Visits: Plan and execute call cycles, arrange travel, conduct site visits, and build strong client relationships.
  • Training & Support: Install products and equipment, provide in-depth client training, and resolve queries efficiently.
  • Statistical Analysis: Perform and present client performance analyses, identify improvement opportunities, monitor trends, and report potential risks.
  • Stock Control: Track, order, recover, and maintain equipment at client sites.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Identify opportunities for value-added services, tailor solutions to client needs, and prepare sales documentation.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate client records, submit monthly reports and expense claims, and ensure compliance with company systems.
  • Financial Targets: Achieve monthly and annual targets through consulting, support, and sales activities.
  • Continuous Development: Stay updated on industry, product, and legislative changes, while actively pursuing personal development goals.

Qualification & Experience and Skills

  • Matric
  • B-Com Degree / Diploma (Preferred)
  • Minimum 3 Year Experience in Account Management Role
  • Valid Drivers License 
  • Own Car
