REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years' sales experience within an IT environment, with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and effectively manage sales activities and opportunities.
  • Experience managing corporate accounts and presenting solutions at an executive level.
  • High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
  • Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
  • Ability to evaluate costs and benefits to determine the most appropriate course of action.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and other standard sales-related applications.
 
DUTIES:
  • Engage with customers to assess their needs, determine system requirements, and identify suitable solutions.
  • Conduct sales analyses of customer environments, including warehouse walkthroughs and route rides, to identify operational challenges and inefficiencies.
  • Prepare Return on Investment (ROI) documents to clearly demonstrate the value and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Develop, present, and respond to proposals and Requests for Proposals (RFPs), including industry-specific solutions.
  • Plan and modify product and solution configurations to meet customer requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations showcasing solutions and their benefits to customers and prospective clients.
  • Secure new customer orders and renew existing business while managing delivery arrangements and providing customers with estimated delivery timelines (ETAs).
  • Sell a comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including software, hardware, professional services, and integration services to enterprise customers.
  • Prospect for and secure new enterprise business opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed costing sheets for each solution to determine optimal sales pricing.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, as well as gross profit objectives.

  • Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
