The Application Delivery Department (SAP COE) ensures the stability, availability, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems, providing support, innovation, and technology-driven solutions to enhance service delivery and organisational performance.

Role Description

IT Specialist driving application support, business process optimisation, and system improvement initiatives

Provide specialist application support and advisory services aligned to enterprise IT operating models

Partner with business stakeholders to analyse issues, design solutions, and improve system functionality

Lead and support business process improvements and re-engineering initiatives to enhance efficiency

Plan, design, and execute system testing processes , ensuring quality and performance of solutions

Deliver end-user support , resolving incidents and maintaining clear communication on progress and outcomes

Facilitate user training and adoption of system enhancements

Monitor production systems and interfaces , proactively identifying and resolving issues to maintain stability

Drive continuous improvement , system upgrades, and small project initiative

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

B Degree/B Tech in Information

Technology/Information Management/

Computer Science/Information

Systems/Engineering at NQF7 with

360 credits
