About AI Training Work
AI training (data labeling, annotation, or human feedback) is the human side of creating intelligent systems: people prepare, review, and rate examples that teach models how to respond. Many contributors work part-time, remotely, and without prior experience beyond relevant domain familiarity.
The Role
This project asks experienced AI trainers to answer ten short, open-ended text questions about their work. Your responses will be used as text-generation contributions to help research and understand the workforce behind AI systems.

What You'll Do
- Provide clear, honest text responses to each of the ten questions based on your own experience in AI training.
- Write concise answers—focused reflections rather than long essays; be specific about your role and perspective.
- Ensure your responses are original and do not disclose confidential or personal data about other people or employers.
Requirements
- Have had a job in this field or be actively working in AI training or data labeling (this is mandatory).
- Experience level: Entry level (open to contributors starting in the industry).
- Open to contributors worldwide.

- Time requirement: Less than 20 hours per week.
