Compensation

  • Lesson Length: 25 minutes
  • Experienced Teachers: USD $5 per lesson
  • New Teachers: Starting from USD $4 per lesson, with opportunities to increase to USD $4.50 and eventually USD $5, based on teaching performance, lesson quality, and student feedback.
  • Payments are made on time according to the company's payroll schedule.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 120-hour TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent ESL teaching certificate.
  • Previous English teaching experience is preferred, especially online teaching experience.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with clear and natural pronunciation.
  • Experience with ClassIn is preferred; willingness to learn other online teaching platforms is expected.
  • Strong classroom management, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance.
  • A stable internet connection, a suitable computer, and a quiet, professional home teaching environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching

  • Prepare lessons according to students' age, English level, and learning objectives.
  • Deliver engaging, interactive, and well-structured lessons using the provided teaching materials.
  • Encourage students to participate actively and build confidence in speaking English.

Student Support

  • Submit lesson reports and learning feedback promptly after each class.
  • Adapt teaching methods according to students' individual learning needs.
  • Work closely with the academic support team regarding scheduling and student progress.
  • Continuously improve teaching quality through professional feedback.

Professional Standards

  • Arrive in the classroom before each lesson to complete preparation.
  • Maintain a positive, professional, and respectful attitude toward students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Deliver every lesson with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Technical Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • A computer capable of running online teaching software smoothly.
  • A stable high-speed internet connection.
  • An HD webcam and a high-quality headset with microphone.
  • A quiet, tidy, and well-lit home teaching environment.
